Cut your seat post, thinner tubes and tyres will save you weight. Less weight on the wheels is very effective.

The rear hub alone is £300 brand new and I have not long had it serviced.

I have just bought a front Mavic Deemax mate but I am having trouble getting hold of a rear one with a 150mm back end, I have one guy who is supposed to be buying them this week but I am not sure if I can sell them to him until I get my wheels sorted, if the deal falls through then they are yours (when I get hold of a back wheel)

That was a direct mount E13 stem sold it a while back as I could not get on with it I am now running a funn direst mount stem which is awesome they are about £45 but well worth the cash. I will put some photos of my Intense and my Enduro tonight they are looking the Mutts nuts.....

Sorry mate I had shims that reduced the size of the stem when I used them on the bike but a mate of mine bought them off me a while back.
